Spilling the Beans

A coffee, travel and happy living business often short on space but big on ideas, taste and unquestionably quintessential.

Big Coffee aren’t fans, neither is Jeffrey from Amazon, and that’s just fine by us.

Conceieved in Wellington, New Zealand before being built and branded in Mayo and Laois, Rural Vagabonds is the inventive wrinkle of two mates returning home from their adventures abroad.

One doesn’t make friends with the proverbial salad and, likewise, good stories rarely come from sensible decisions. With that in mind, the Rural Vagabonds’ ideal stemmed from a semi-inebriated agreement to build a company manifesting a commitment that offers quality, follows sustainable approaches, works with and for localities and makes a millienial midlife crisis look as slick as possible.

After a summer of business insensibilities and steep learning curves, what would start out as a flatbed trailer and some pre-worn timber would soon become our first cafe to herald our manifestoed approach from.
Build, Manifesto, Values and More are all below. Take a peak…… Or maybe don’t.
